#有時我滿懷期待想見你,但卻說不出口。
我們之間雖然還隔著一座墻的距離,
但每天一滴滴對你的思念,
我都要努力地去記住,
因為那是你給我的甜蜜感覺.#
It had been a real hectic week. A lot of preparations were made for these two days.10/06/10It was the day for presentation of our innovative products (Innovation and Change subject). I was quite nervous for it though it was a group presentation. To make things worse, we had a Physics quiz on the same day. Sigh. Actually, I was not really satisfied with the presentation as it did not go as what I had expected. For the quiz, careless mistakes visited me and I should not over-interpret the question. Nonetheless, they were over. Just need to learn to look forward. Here are some pictures for the prototype of our product, the green refrigerator. Yes, it is just a simple box in black colour. Haha...

Unpleasant things did not end there. There was a meeting for all JPA scholars regarding the course matters. The authorities from the university convinced us that all courses are recognised and we were free to choose any one from them. However, some of us kept arguing that the JPA officers stated that we were only allowed to choose two among them. Hot and big issue for all, but it seemed to be not bothering me. Chemical engineering was unavailable in SUTS. Having plan to switch to biotechnology initially, I think I have to cancel it as it is a little bit too late.Soon, the decision will be made and I hope it will not be a wrong one. =)The accommodation for the coming semesters is another problem. I should talk about it next time.12/06/10Engineering Maths test was held on this day. The questions were quite tricky. I just hope that there will not be any careless mistakes anymore. Finished at 11.30am, we went out for lunch. Thanks Cheng for bringing us there. In fact, he is our driver recently. Grateful to have such a friend. After playing games in lounge, I took a late evening nap. Hehe...I should end this day with proper rest and early sleep, I hope. >.<
I have to wake up early for my favourite show - "Guess Guess Guess".
Advanced good night, guys.
Finally, there was something for me to update this blog. =)
28/5/2010Let me start with the Wesak Day celebration in Kuching. It was about 12 midnight when I was playing computer game with my friends and Andrew asked me whteher to join him in a parade for Wesak Day during night time. After all, three of us decided to join him for the parade.Somehow, we felt like being "cheated" as the parade was only available for the members of that society. Having no more choice, we just signed up and paid RM 10 to get the shirt (慈青). Actually, I would prefer to join in by the name of my Buddhist society (佛青). For me, our shirts are prettier than theirs. ^^Y
Another thing to complain, the distance was too long. We were extremely exhausted after the long walk. Plus, we needed to take their flags also. Forgetting about the cons first, it was a really grand celebration here. If I am not mistaken, there was a total of 43 teams participating. Hence, it was indeed a good experience. We kept telling ourselves that it was all for the religion, so we should appreciate it. But one of us was mad. I could tell he was angry throughout the whole journey. I should talk about him in the next post. Not to mention, they sang 三宝歌 and I was glad about it. Yea, I missed that song.
Can you spot me?

Happy Birthday to you. It was Ching Shou's birthday.

I prefer calling him Ching Shou than Vincent. Hehe...
As usual, we were planning a party for him. Bought a blackforest cake from Secret Recipe. Gathered at about 12am. Lighted the candles. Camera was ready. Then, ~Happy Birthday to You~ was sung. And I was not sure whether he was surprised. I believed he was touched, like mine. Cut the cake. Ate the cake. Laughed ouselves out. Snapped some photos.
Then, we went back to respective rooms. Too bad nobody started the "cream war". Manage to skip a creamy night. LOL...

Oh, I missed something important. These two days (1st and 2nd June) were holidays for Hari Gawai. So, "Selamat Ari Gawai" for all celebrating it. We were happy that Zach invited many of us to his open house. Wow, there were really a lot of people. Most of them are Chinese and Malays and one Indian. 1 Malaysia? His house was totally crowded. After having a light refreshment, we were served a small cup of alcohol (Tuak). Of course, it was not a strong one. We were still awake after all. At about 3.30pm, we left and went for a second round meal. LOL... Ended up in MacDonald. Seven of us were there to enjoy the meals. One of the happiest moments of the day, I would say. Thanks, my friends. And for Sum, we like joking but not bullying. :pThat is all for this time. Stay tuned~

p.s I MISS YOU
It's Sunday morning. Just having a cup of "Milo" and a few pieces of crackers as my breakfast, simple but full. I am actually quite nervous for my oral presentation tomorrow. It is an individual work which is my very first time doing this. Used to do two presentations before but they were group projects. So, it was not that bad. But the coming one... *trembling*Anyway, it just accounts for 5% of my total marks for the English subject. Perhaps, my lecturer is right. "It is not the result or mark you get matters, it is the skills you learn to do presentation which are important." Anyway, I will try my best to complete this task within the given time (10 minutes), appear to be confident, make eye contact with the audience, keep the pace of presenting moderate, etc., hopefully. Not to mention, I am the second one presenting. Wow, how "lucky" I am in getting that number. So, just wish me all the best ya!!!Back to my title, change? Yeah, lots have changed since I returned from my long holidays. The college life changed to be hectic with tons of assignments and reports, the classmates changed with lots new faces, lecturers changed with new teaching styles... Change, change and change. Some may be positive but others may not.Noticing some obvious change among the friends here, I just wonder what has happened actually? Well, the word "Emo" has been very popular among us lately. Thanks to Jia Wei to start the scenario. =.=Guys, cheer!!! I miss the laughters and happy moments we had together. Don't be so down with everything though sometimes I behave like this too. Take it easy. Last night, when I was about to offline and sleep, Zach surprised me by tagging me in a video. His own production with caption "Friends..... this is dedicated to you all... i miss u guys much............". So touched when I was watching that. I miss that too. Change is a must as suggested in the subject Innovation and Change but somehow, I don't like this kind of change. When the surrounding is not cheerful, the smile on one's face fades.Whatever, just writing all the mixed feelings. 20 more minutes to go for the badminton session, I just wonder how many will turn out among us...Out to sport~ And all the best to all presentors starting from tomorrow.
Reading through my last post which I wrote before going for the two-months holidays, again I realised the phrase "time flies". It is actually the end of my holidays when I am writing this. And ya, I am here in Kuching again. For the past two months, I am really in the "holidays mood". Staying late in the nights, waking up late in the mornings, surfing the net, gathering with the friends and others were what I was doing. A long break will definitely be boring, so with a long school life. Also, I spent most of the time in my father's shop to give him a hand.It is enjoyable when we can spend our time with our friends. I met with those I knew in KMP. All smart guys with a pair of spectacles each. They all are having their final examinations soon. Thus, here I wish them all the best in their exams and I know they are going to do it well.Of course, there were lots of gatherings with those secondary school's friends. I just love every moment with them. Lili, Zyang, Dong, Vin, Chian Chuen, Teng, Alvin... Friends forever!Next, computer games are addictive. Or should I say it is too much free time. Playing the game daily, it was not that fun but somehow, I felt like doing so. Haha... Dramas, dramas and dramas... TV has been my close friend during that time. I also managed to watch few movies with my friends. Some are good, some are..., you know! There went my "so-long" holidays! The sad thing was that I was not able to go any trip in any destination. Never mind, I should console myself. It is yet to come.Tomorrow is a new day for me, the beginning of a new semester and it is the last semester for my foundation. New semester, new subjects, new classmates, new lecturers... The start of something new. And I hope I am going to have a new lifestyle as well.I should end this. The room needs some cleanings to look new. And I am still waiting for my new roomate. Opps, it is not. Same roomate I will have. Haha.*The Start of Something New*
